West Wales Consulting - Your local business advisers
We are the leading team of business advisers and management consultants in West Wales.
We provide business advice and consultancy services to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEsSmall and Medium Enterprises) social enterprises and community organisations. We serve clients of all sizes, from one person businesses to larger ones with a hundred staff and more. Some clients have traded for many years, whilst others are have yet to start. Whatever, the size, we can help by providing experienced and practical business advice..
We help our clients to plan and manage their businesses. Sometimes our business advisers’ experienced eyes help clients to review how their business is developing, to identify and help to resolve issues, and to plan for future growth. Often, we help them with formal business plans, financial plans and marketing plans.
We have helped many businesses to apply for and receive loans and grants and we also offer finance broking services. West Wales Consulting is an Associate Member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.
We are not a public sector organisation and our business advisers all run their own businesses. As fellow business people, they empathise with clients. They help to solve problems with practical experience from having worked through similar problems with clients and in their own businesses. Most of our business advisors have also worked in and for larger organisations up to chief executive level. Their experience in specialist and senior roles allows us to deliver insights and skills that would not otherwise be available to small businesses in West Wales.
Our consultants are centred on Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, and we also serve businesses in Ceredigion, Powys, Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot. Living and working in our communities, we serve other businesses like ours across West Wales.
