A football club needs to upgrade its pavillion with a function suite. The club is sufficiently large and well organised, so some grant fundingassistance to present their businesses to banks and grant awarding bodies with our excellent understanding of banks and grant awarding bodies and their procedures may be available. The key will be proving that they have the management skills to operate the facility well, and that there is demand for it on non-match days.
