21 July - An urgent call from a customer who is unable to pay wages, VAT and PAYE at the end of this month.  We need to contact them to keep them on-side whilst we develop a solution, but this planning is taking place too late and this is almost a case of business survivalwe help businesses to identify what their problems are and then to take steps to cut costs and increase revenues now.  This client could have avoided the problem by forecasting cash flow and taking remedial action earlier.&nbs
